Application
The Latrobe Italian Festival is now accepting applications. This is a two day festival and vendors are required to stay both days. September 12th-13th, 2026. Vendor setup is on Friday September 11th from 5-8pm or Saturday September 12 from 7-10 am. Vendors are notified via email if accepted into the festival. All payments are due by March 1st, 2026. 2022 Liability Concession owners or operators shall assume all risk and indemnity and hold harmless 512 Coffee and Ice Cream, 512 LLC, City of Latrobe, RFrames, from all claims, loss, damage, injure, liability, cost and expenses of whatsoever kind or nature, including, but not limited to injury to any person or persons and damage to or loss of any property including that of the owner. Vendor must carry at liability insurance, including bodily injury and property damage. The festival committee reserves the right to reject or cancel any contract for any reason at any given time before or during the event.
