2022 Liability Concession owners or operators shall assume all risk and indemnity and hold harmless 512 Coffee and Ice Cream, 512 LLC, City of Latrobe, RFrames, from all claims, loss, damage, injure, liability, cost and expenses of whatsoever kind or nature, including, but not limited to injury to any person or persons and damage to or loss of any property including that of the owner. Vendor must carry at liability insurance, including bodily injury and property damage. The festival committee reserves the right to reject or cancel any contract for any reason at any given time before or during the event. 1
